How secure is an eTemplate?
The eTemplate is extremely secure and can be adjusted to comply with the highest standards of online security today, equivalent with the security levels of online banking.
Can I buy the software itself?
Of course. Multi host and enterprise subscriptions and solutions are available through the Clever Collaboration Group at www.ccgeurope.com
Can I run the eTemplate in a regular meeting on line?
Yes, each part of the eTemplate can be run in a synchronous meeting, and even face-to-face. In our experience, the more steps you run asynchronously- the more time you save for all involved. A popular solution is to have a regular phone conference when for instance the risk mitigation is done and go through results together.
How do participants react to the interface?
The interface is so easy to navigate and the eTemplate is simple to use. The most important dependencies are the clarity of the task and the instructions given to participants. We will help with both of these if required.
Is there a limit to the number of participants?
There is no limit. However, to begin with, we do not recommend more than 20 participants if you opt for a synchronos online workshop session. The eTemplate can easily handle it, but the amount of simultaneous data can be hard to manage effectively in real time when you are new to the eTemplate. |
